1. What this Notice covers

This Notice explains how DLP handles the personal data of individuals who apply for a role at DLP itself through the careers site, and of those who join the careers talent network described in our Talent Network Terms and Privacy Notice.

2. What we collect

When you apply for a posted role, we collect the information your application requires, which may include your name, contact details, resume or CV, and any other information you choose to submit.

3. How your application is used

Your application is forwarded to our recruitment system provider (Zoho) on submission, for processing by DLP's hiring team. If that forwarding fails for a technical reason, your application is stored securely and either retried automatically or forwarded manually by DLP; it is never lost silently.

4. Salary information

Whether the salary range for a posting is shown to you is controlled by DLP on a per-posting basis and may vary by role.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your application and, where relevant, to comply with our legal obligations or to consider you for a future opening. You may ask us to delete your application data at any time, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by contacting us using the details below.
